PAUL ZALOOM joined the Bread & Puppet Theater in 1971 and continues to work with the company on the annual Domestic Resurrection Circus as the ringmaster. Sick but True is Zaloom¹s ninth solo show. Since 1978, he has performed at venues across the U.S. and Europe. In 1991, he was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship for further research and development of his work. He is currently taping performances - as a eccentric scientist Beakman - for a syndicated children¹s science show, Beakman¹s World, broadcast on over 2000 televisions stations.
