The Guardian of London
called Twin Houses "a very startling piece of visual theater: eerie, sinister,
erotic, like a cross between the Gothic horror of Edgar Allan Poe and
the imagistic strangeness of Belgian surrealism." Conceived and performed
by Nicole Mossoux and directed by Patrick Bonté, the piece is a dark and
disturbing study of a fragmented psyche for one performer and five life-size
mannequins. Paris's Le Soir called this production "intensely magical."
