The rich dancing and
drumming traditions of West Africa are combined with puppetry at its inventive
best to tell three timeless and charming African folktales. The Talking
Yam describes what happens when inanimate objects come to life. In The
Chicken and the Crocodile a very clever chicken saves himself from becoming
a crocodile¹s lunch. And in Magotu and the Boogey Man audiences learn
that "it is wise to give small dogs respect."
